Release Date: December 31, 2014

Your presence is requested at romantic Twill Castle for the wedding of Miss Clio Whitmore and . . . and . . . ?

After eight years of waiting for Piers Brandon, the wandering Marquess of Granville, to set a wedding date, Clio Whitmore has had enough. She’s inherited a castle, scraped together some pride, and made plans to break her engagement.

Not if Rafe Brandon can help it. A ruthless prizefighter and notorious rake, Rafe is determined that Clio will marry his brother—even if he has to plan the dratted wedding himself.

So how does a hardened fighter cure a reluctant bride’s cold feet?

● He starts with flowers. A wedding can’t have too many flowers. Or harps. Or cakes.

● He lets her know she’ll make a beautiful, desirable bride—and tries not to picture her as his.

● He doesn’t kiss her.

● If he kisses her, he definitely doesn’t kiss her again.

● When all else fails, he puts her in a stunning gown. And vows not to be nearby when the gown comes off.

● And no matter what—he doesn’t fall in disastrous, hopeless love with the one woman he can never call his own.

Why am I waiting?

It’s Tessa Dare’s second book in her Castles Ever After series. After Romancing the Duke, which was Book 1, I can’t wait to read this second one. I’ve come to love Tessa Dare’s writing so I’m really looking forward to this one.

What are you “waiting on” this Wednesday? I would love to hear all about them.

  1. I am SOOOO freaking excited for this one. It’s actually on Edelweiss, and since I’m a librarian I have a egalley. I’m trying NOT to drop everyting and read that right now because it doesn’t come out until the end of December, but I’m not going to be able to wait for very long. 🙂

    1. I’m so envious! I’ve actually requested this on Edelweiss but I have yet to get approved. In any case, I am going to be reading this one even if I need to wait until its release day, which is so far away. LOL 🙂

    1. This upcoming release will actually be my third Tessa Dare read but I also feel like I need to read more of her books. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to check out her back list but that’s going to happen I’m just not sure when. 🙂
