So, I’ve been seeing this around and I didn’t watch it at first, although I did recognize Robbie Amell. But Angie @ Angieville posted this on her blog as well and then I find out that this is based on a book and that DUFF means Designated Ugly Fat Friend. So color me intrigued. Then I watched the trailer and really enjoyed the tone and the surprising chemistry between the lead stars. So I immediately bought a copy and read the book in one sitting. Now, I’m even more excited to see the film.
What do you guys think about this trailer? Have your read Kody Keplinger’s book? Are you also (im)patiently waiting for this movie’s release?

This film looks really good. Not sure if I would read the book, but I will watch the film when it comes out.

I remember when the book first came out and it was getting pretty mixed reviews. The movie looks like a lot of fun, though. So I’m probably going to red the book now.

I started reading this book at Waterstones and it really wasn’t my type of book, but after this trailer I’ll probably give it another try đŸ˜€

I haven’t read the book, but this looks like it could be pretty cute. I heard that the book and the movie are completely different though? Not sure if the male MC is charming enough either, but we’ll see. đŸ™‚

After reading the book, I did find major differences between the book and the movie, or what was shown in the trailer. But I’m still wondering how they’re going to adapt the whole thing. đŸ™‚
