Elizabeth Hoyt is one of my favorite authors of all time. She has constantly given her readers fresh, provocative, and well-written stories. I’ve loved her writing ever since her Princes Trilogy. And this one’s my favorite among the three.
There was just something special about reading every single scene between Anna and Edward. They’re not conventional, cookie-cutter characters and I’m touched with how Elizabeth Hoyt has portrayed these two.
And as with her other books, I enjoyed the bits about ‘The Raven Prince’ tale that serves as introductory quotes in her chapters. I love these parts in all her books.

I too love Elizabeth but I’ve only been reading her Maiden Lane (Ghost of St. Giles) series so this book has me interested. Thanks for sharing.

I love this book! Elizabeth Hoyt is definitely an auto-buy for me and she established that with this one. You are so right that Anna and Edward are anything but cookie cutter. Thanks for sharing!
