Holiday celebrations

This season, I’m celebrating and thankful for a lot of things. First, I’m celebrating the start of my book blog. I’m so happy that I was able to start my very own this year. This has been in my bucket list for a while and what an experience it has been so far. Being part of the book blogging community is really exciting. It’s great to know that so many people enjoy reading and talking about books as much as I do. I’m looking forward to more great things to come in 2014.

This Christmas season, I’m also celebrating the gift of family and great friends. It’s comforting to know that you have these people who will always be there for you, come what may. During this time of the year, my friends and I would get together to dine, talk for hours, and be merry. As for family, I always celebrate Christmas eve and Christmas day with them. We wait until the clock strikes twelve on Christmas eve and then we eat Noche Buena, play games, and exchange gifts.
