Sunday Post (27)

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba @
Caffeinated Book Reviewer. This meme was inspired in part by ~ In My Mailbox~. It’s a chance to share News; a post to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.

Last Week on the blog

I have two reports down and two more to go for my class this semester and then I wouldn’t feel so guilty anymore reading those non-school fiction books. LOL 🙂 I’ve been waiting for a couple of books to get my hands on but unfortunately, they’re not yet available from our local bookstores or the orders I placed with TBD haven’t arrived yet. I need my books! ^_^

If you have time, check out my other blog, Crack-tastic Confessions.

    1. Hehe 🙂 Thanks, Duch! I can’t wait for you and Ms Cora to read Rock Addiction so you can both tell me what you think about Nalini venturing into contemporary romance 🙂

  1. It always seems to take foreeeever when I order from TBD (although I live on Australia, so….I kind of understand, lol!) but I get so excited just waiting for my precious books to come! XD

    1. I actually haven’t read Mary Jo Putney yet but this book of hers had me intrigued and I really like to promote HR novels on the blog as much as I can. 🙂

    1. I know! That’s what I tell myself when the waiting is killing me. And I really plan to finish my school reports way before it’s my scheduled turn in class so that I can not think about it anymore and I can read my books! LOL 🙂

  2. I always hate waiting for books to arrive! 🙂 They need to just show up a little quicker. And I could never go long without reading some fiction even when I had school work- just not disciplined enough I guess! 🙂

Hope you have a good week ahead.

    1. Same here! Why is it not possible for books to be delivered on the next day? LOL 🙂 And yes, reading purely for school would probably make me crazy. I have to have my fiction fix! 🙂

    1. I am kind of pleased with myself for the reports. LOL 🙂 Because that means I won’t feel guilty anymore reading all those non-school related books. 🙂

  3. The only good thing about orders taking a long time to arrive is that by the time they do finally get here I’ve already paid for them and kind of forgotten what I ordered so it’s like a present. I have your review of the Milan saved to read as I’m planning on reading that in a few books. Hope you enjoyed it and have a great week!

    1. For me, I never forget what I ordered that’s why the waiting is like torture sometimes! LOL 🙂 I hope you’ll enjoy Courtney Milan’s new release. I can’t wait for her new series to come out.

    1. I enjoyed Rock Addiction and I hope you will too. I kind of get why some people wouldn’t love it but I am just really glad that I get to read more Nalini Singh. 🙂
